Cinder Fall (Corrupt Fall Maiden) is one of the main antagonists of the anime-styled cartoon web series RWBY.
She made her first video game appearance in Blazblue Cross Tag Battle, where she is part of the Season 2 DLC playable characters, after the initial expansion's release.
Bio[]
A mysterious woman with control over fire, Cinder Fall is a terrorist that commands a small faction of criminals and killers that associate with the now late crime lord Roman Torchwick, whom she ordered to hold a control over the Dust market. Before the events of RWBY, she recruits the petty thief, Emerald Sustrai, and the son of skilled assassin, Marcus Black, named Mercury, to join her, and she managed to amass an army of the White Fang by extorting it's leader, Adam Taurus.
She then plots and attacks the then Fall Maiden, Amber, and stole a portion of her power before being stopped by Qrow Branwen. Cinder infiltrates Beacon Academy, along with Emerald and Mercury, as students of Haven Academy, while during the Vytal festival, she finds out where Beacon Academy headmaster, Professor Ozpin, was keeping Amber, and finished her off, thus gaining full power of the Fall Maiden, She is also responsible for the death of Beacon Academy student and Huntress, Pyrrah Nikos.
In battle, Cinder is skilled in close quarters combat and swordsmanship, as evident by her weapon, Midnight, which are dual scimitars, but can use a variety of differently shaped blades. She's able to use raw Dust wothout difficulty, as evident by the Dust woven into her clothing, which she uses to blast her opponents with fireballs. Cinder is also a skilled in marksmanship, since her blades can combine into a bow. Her Semblance allows her to super-heat objects and manipulate their shape, mostly to create various glass-based weaponry from dirt. She can even use her Semblance to disintegrate her opponents, as evidenced by how she killed Pyrrah. Finally, due to her becoming the new Fall Maiden, her powers increased exponentially. Despite being ruthless and sadistic, Cinder always maintains focus on her goals and holds all the cards to achieve her sinister plans.
