Katsuragi (Queen of Sexual Kicked-Her-Assment) is a recurring character from the Senran Kagura series, who debuted in the first game of the first timeline, Senran Kagura: Portait of Girls, prior being demoted to being a supporting character in the second/new timeline as of Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus.
She made her first fighting game appearance in Blazblue Cross Tag Battle, where she is one of the Season 2 DLC characters, after the expansion's initial release.
Bio[]
A third year student and member of the elite class of students in Hanzo National Academy, a prestige school for good shinobi. Katsuragi used to live a normal life when she was a little girl, but when her shinobi parents, who always fulfilled every mission they were given from the higher ups, failed one particular mission and were told to give up their lives as punishment, they became renegade ninja and ran away, thus abandoning their daughter in hopes to protect her from their fate. Since then, Katsuragi thought if she could become a powerful shinobi, she could atone for her parents' crimes while hoping she'll be reunited with them someday.
While Katsuragi feels much sadness from losing her parents, she hides this under a bold, excitable, tomboyish personality and looks after her class mates like an older sister, like her fellow teammate and third year student, Ikaruga. However, Katsuragi can be over-the-top, even more so with her classmates since she tends to be very hands-on with them in an innappropriate manner, but she says it's her way of communicating with others. She also has a serious personality and enjoys the thrill of battle and competition.

- While Katsuragi claims that she wears nothing under her uniform, there are other claims that prove she actually does.
- Throughout her interactions, specifically some of the other female fighters, Katsuragi is shown to be a pervert, attempting to get hands-on with them, with a majority ending in failure. This personality is shared with Kagura Mutsuki, from Blazblue.
- Katsuragi has color palettes of the following characters: Remy (Street Fighter), Kim Kaphwan (SNK Fighting series), Chie Satonaka (Persona 4 series), Hikage (Senran Kagura), Yang Xiao Long (RWBY), Rumi Usagiyama/Rabbit Hero: Miruko (My Hero Academia), Tornado Man (Mega Man 9), Wendy Marvell (Fairy Tail), Duck King (SNK Fighting series), Kimi Aoi (Genesis Horizon), Ryofu Housen (Ikki Tousen), and Soiree Meira (The King of Fighters Maximum Impact).
- Coincidentally, both Katsuragi and Wendy share the same English voice, are aeromancers (wind elemental users), and have dragons linked to them (a dragon being Katsuragi's secret animal, and Wendy is a Sky Dragon Slayer).
