Bio[]
A genius 11-year old Japanese-America kid who got a PhD, Kira ended up getting bitter towards the world, upon being forced to sent back to an elementary school where she became Catherine Kyōbayashi’s rival. Now she set her plan to conquer the world, and becoming a queen to make those who treated her like she is nothing special to kneel before her, with the emergences of Elemental World to Human World finally gives her an opportunity. She considers Heart Aino as a threat.
She use to have a professional relationship with Mei Ling Hua, thus knew whom Mei-Fang is, Mei Ling’s perfect cyborg. However, the relationship did not go well when she learned Mei-Fang and Catherine being invited to Rosenberg without her, making Kira even more vengeful than before. Despite her bitterness towards the world, she is not without a standard about Drexler Institute’s genocidal terrorism.
Trivia[]
- One of her color palette is a nod to her English voice actor being a current voice of Rainbow Mika from Street Fighter as of the main fifth game, befitting her grappler motif. Her water blob is given orange red akin to Mika's friendly rival and partner, Nadeshiko, who made proper in-game appearance in the fifth game.
- Kira can be considered as a true neutral character as Carmine Prime, and even being treated like they are no one else. Ironically, their abilities associate to liquid bending, namely water and blood respectively, unless Naoto Kurogane count, but he’s a good guy.
